5+ years experience in full-cycle SaaS sales, from the first contact to closing
Experience working with a broad range of mid-market and enterprise companies, managing multiple levels of stakeholders
Proven track record converting inbound leads and working with existing customers to grow partnerships
Confident in building an outbound pipeline. From designing and implementing a key account strategy to finding creative ways to start conversations
Love working with marketing to help concoct and execute successful campaigns and events
Understand the value of partnerships and building relationships with our ecosystem, agencies, and the customer service community
Data-driven, maintaining high CRM standards to understand what’s working and what can be improved
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills (our work language is English)
A team player but experienced working remote
Is located within the timezone UTC-1 to UTC+4
Experience in CX is a plus as it helps to understand the customer, but it’s not required
What you’ll be doing:
We’re just getting started so you’ll be a crucial part of building our go-to-market sales team and strategy helping take Klaus to the next level
Running the full sales cycle from discovery to signature
Managing inbound requests and building outbound pipeline targeting enterprise companies around the world
Working with our marketing and partnerships teams, and traveling to clients and events when it’s possible again
Reporting to head of sales in Amsterdam with experienced colleagues from companies like Pipedrive, SurveyMonkey, Microsoft, and Zendesk based in Tallinn, Lisbon, and Switzerland
